Between Elijah Hutchison & Isabella his wife of the County of Wayne Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part and Thomas Hutchison of the County and Commonwealth aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the said Elijah Hutchison & Isabella his wife for & in consideration of the sum of three thousand dollars current money of the Commonwealth aforesaid to them in hand paid or secured to be paid hath granted bargained and sold aliened Eufeoffear(?) and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell Alien Eufeoff(?) & confirm unto the said Thomas Hutchison and his heirs and assigns forever Two certain tracts or parcels of land Situate lying and being in the County & State aforesaid on the waters of the Elk Piney Creek One of which Tracts is bounded as follows to wit; Beginning at a stake on the closing line of said survey 56 poles from the Black oak corner Running N48 W138 poles to Garners Beginning corner N 42 E 192 poles to a walnut stump S 48 E 17 poles to the middle of the Road leading from Monticello to Burksville thence down the Road with the ____ S 65 W 20 poles N 57 W 130 poles to a stake S 2 E 12 poles to a stake S 77 W 7 poles to a stake N 10 E 16 poles to a stake S 80 W 27 poles to a stake thence to the Beginning Containing 185 acres by survey be the same more or less bearing date the 4th day of October 1821 being part of a 200 acre survey in the name of Henry Garner ~ The other tract or parcel of land is bounded as follows to wit; Beginning at a post Oak Running S2 E14 poles S 77 W7 poles S10 E25 polesW79 E55 poles to a Black oak N18 W50 poles to a Black oak and Post Oak on the Road thence with the road to the Beginning Containing 12 acres by survey be the same more or less bearing date the 4th day of October 1821 part of a Two hundred Acre survey in the name of Henry Garner to have and to hold the aforesaid tracts or parcels of land with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Hutchison and his heirs & assigns forever and the said Elijah Hutchison and Isabella his wife for themselves their heirs & __ doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Thomas Hutchison & his heirs that they will forever warrant and defend the aforesaid tract or parcels of land with their appurtenances against the claim or claims of them the said Elijah Hutcheson and Isabella his wife as well as against the claim or claims of all and every other person or persons whatsoever in Testimony whereof the said Elijah Hutchison and Isabella hi wife hath hereunto set their names and affixed their seals the day month and year aforesaid} Elijah Hutchison {seal} Isabella Hutchison {seal} File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/ky/wayne/deeds/hutchiso484gdd.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/kyfiles/
