Submitted by: Sherri Hall 19 Oct 2003 From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 13 Dec 02 LANCASTER -- Services for Albert Honey, 67, of Lancaster will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Spurlin Funeral Home by the Rev. Ralph Sallee. Burial will be in Ephesus Cemetery in Crab Orchard. He died Wednesday at Garrard County Memorial Hospital. Born July 21, 1935, in Wayne County, he was the son of the late James A. and Stella Brown Honey. He was a retired farmer and a member of Scotts Fork Christian Church. Survivors include two sisters, Alvie Pittman of Lancaster and Rowena Quarles of Crab Orchard. Pallbearers will be Everett Sullivan, Charles Hendrickson, Ira Honey Jr., Holton Howard, Kenneth Land and Charles Honey. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Tuggle, Everett Cowan, David and Steve Simpson, and Harry Howard. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. today.
