Commissioner's Sale 1951 Webster County, KY Under judgment of the Webster Circuit Court in the case of Aileen Pearson, et al, vs. J.D. Dixon, et al., I will on Monday, October 15, 1951, at the Court House Door in Dixon, Kentucky, about one o'clock in the afternoon, sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property: The lands of Sam Dixon, deceased, in the Vandersburg section of Webster County, Kentucky and in three separate farming units as follows: (1) Two adjoining tracts of land containing in all 75 acres and known as the T.C. Mitchell farm, and the same land conveyed to Sam Dixon, by G.L. Withers, Master Commissioner, Sales Book 3, page 106. (2) Two tracts, the first known as the Rhesa Oakley farm and containing about 78 acres, and the second known as the Cates tract and containing about 21 acres. See DB of Sales No. 6, page 328 and DB 92, page 477. (3) Four tracts, the first known as the Conley or Owens tract and containing about 48 2/5 acres; the second known as the Rhesa Oakley 7.9 acres tract; the third known as the Gale Hall land and containing about 56 1/2 acres; and the fourth known as the Bryant land and containing about 49 acres. See DB 77, page 302; DB 60, page 70; DB 78, page 118; DB 77, page 259; DB 19, page 462; DB 77, page 558. Also the home farm of J.W. Dixon, deceased, near Vandersburg, containing in all about 434 1/2 acres, less the tract of 77 13/16 acres conveyed by J.D. Dixon and Sam Dixon, to W.H. Winstead, DB 101, page 55, and now claimed by Thomas V. Trimble. And being all the land owned by J.W. Dixon in Webster County, Kentucky, at the time of his death, except the said 77 13/16 acre tract. A three-fourths (3/4) undivided interest in and to the minerals, including oil and gas, under all the above described land is excepted from this sale and under the judgment in the above styled case is reserved unto the plaintiffs and defendants. Said sales will be made on a credit of six months, purchasers to execute bond with approved surety and bearing 6% interest. C.H.
