I Andrew P. Ramsey of the County of Webster and State of Ky having of
sound mind and memory and understanding do make my last will and
testament in the following manner. I give and bequeath to my wife
Rebecca all my property personal real and mixed, notes, apc, bonds
for as long as she shall remain unmarried and my widow, but on her
decease or marriage I give and devise to my children and their heirs,
respectively equal shares between them. I appoint my wife Rebecca
sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In testimony
whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish and decree this
to be my last will and testament in presence of the witnesses named
below this eighteenth (18th) day of May 1891.

Signed, sealed, declared and published by the said A. P. Ramsey as
his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request and
in his presence and in presence of each other have subscribed our
names as witnesses hereto.

Webster County sct:
I C. A. Doris clerk of the Webster County Court do certify that the
foregoing instrument of writing proporting to be the last will and
testament of A. P. Ramsey deceased was on July 20, 1891, it being
a regular County Court, produced in open court and proven by the
oaths of Dr. J. A. Bassett, J. H. Hoket and J. D. Langley three of
the subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last will and testament
of said decedent, in due form of law, and was admitted to probate
and record as such. Whereupon the same together with this certificate
hath been duly recorded in my office.
