I walked the cemetery in 2000 and wrote down these names. This is a listing of people buried in Browns Cemetery in Woodbine, Kentucky. It lists 80% of the gravesites. The sites not listed are graves that have headstones so old they are crumbling, eroded and unreadable. Most of the graves are those of the Paul or Walters family and those who have married into them. I am related to the Pauls and those who are researching the Paul family in Laurel County Ky, may contact me at bettyboop2347@aol.com. I only have information on the Pauls back to Joseph Paul 1823, nothing prior. Some of the Walters are married into the Paul family. Where I could read only partial inscriptions I guessed at the readings. (large headstone) 1. PAUL, Robert D. Sept. 23, 1901 July 27, 1992 married September 29, 1920 to Samantha 1. PAUL, Samantha J.
