A certain tract of land in Whitley Co., State of Kentucky

	In the 100 acre survey of William Stephens   
Mentions line of B. F. Stevens and J. N. Ball and also the line of James 
Stephens.

J. N. Stephens is John Nathan Stephens the son of Benjamin and Mahaly Stephens,

Lueverna Cox is the daughter of Benjamin and Mahaly, she was married to D. B. 
Cox [her second husband]
