B. F. Ball and others to Thomas Moore

This deed between B. F. Ball + his wife Susannah Ball + B. F. Stephens and his 
wife Mahala Stephens of the first part 

And Thomas Moore of the second part

For $329

A certain tract of land in Whitley Co., State of Kentucky

	On the waters of Marsh Creek on the ridge between Hays Creek  + Orsband 
Creek and bounded as follows to wit:

	Beginning at NE corner of James Dickinson place now owned by J. N. Ball 
…..to a corner of a 75 acre survey of in the name of Wm Murphy ………to H. T. 
Stephens corner …. Back to the Lovit line to the beginning.
