Whitley County Deed Book 30:20

This deed between B. F. Stephens and his wife Mahala Stephens  of Whitley 
County and W. H. Wasson of Laclaad of the first part 

And H. T. Baird of the second part

For $75

A certain tract of land in Whitley Co., State of Kentucky

	On the waters of Marsh Creek on the ridge between Hays Creek  + Orsband 
Creek and bounded as follows to wit:

	Beginning on a conditional line with James Stephens and Almeda J. 
Dickinson …. B.F. Stephens and said Dickinson.
