Charles Davis Editor Thursday May 9, 1912 WRECK NEAR ARTEMUS Yesterday afternoon a southbound train was wrecked near Artemus, six cars leaving the track . None of the train crew were hurt, but a young man by the name of Brummett Of Corbin Kentucky, hoboing was caught in the wreck and had his left arm mashed off, just above the elbow.
