OBITS FROM THE NEWS-JOURNAL NOV 2, 2000 PART 1
Ethel Cooper, 96, Fairview, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2000 at the
U.T. Medical Center, Knoxville, Tennessee.
She was the daughter of the late France and Peggy Perkins Huddleston
and the widow of the late Dillard Cooper.
She was a member of the Church of God of the Mountain Assembly.
Survivors include two sons, J.D. Cooper and wife, Pearl and George
Cooper and wife, Evelyn, all of Toledo, Ohio; three daughters, Peggy Inks
and husband, Don of London, Mary Jo Ulrich of Fairview, and Jane Moses and
husband, Bill of Williamsburg; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and
three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 31 at the Church of God of
the Mountain Assembly with Rev. Jerome Walden and Rev. Arlie Petree
officiating. Interment was in the Lot Cemetery.
Cox & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
