Perlina Creamer
Perlina Sue Spurlock Creamer, 48, Corbin, passed away Wednesday, January 5,
2000. She was the daughter of Lucille Spurlock Helton. Funeral services were 
held January 8 at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bennie Bush 
officiating. Burial was in the Hopkins Cemetery by Hart Funeral Home.
