CORBIN---The Rev. JOHN R. HASH, 70, Rockholds, formerly of Corbin, pastor
of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church at Rockholds, World War II and Korean and
Vietnam wars veteran, husband of Keble Hash, died of a gunshot wound to the
head Monday in his church's sanctuary. The death apparently was a suicide,
Whitley County Deputy Coroner Jim Paul said. Services 2 p.m. Friday, Hart
Funeral Home. Visitation 5 p.m. today. Contributions suggested to a hospice
or Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Rockholds.
