Mary Ellen Bray Hamblin, 92, Hanging Rock Community, Williamsburg, passed
away Monday morning, November 13, 2000 at the LaFollette Medical Center,
LaFollette, Tennessee. She is survived by three granddaughters and two 
grandsons as well as several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives 
and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, 
Walter Hamblin; a daughter, Eunice Paul; her parents, John and Lizzie Bray; 
six sisters, Nancy Jane Hill, Bessie Croley, Polly Davis, Vernie Frazier, 
Ola Fritts, and Lavada Cox; and two brothers, Jim Frank Bray and Hobert Bray.
Visitation will be held after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15 at
the Croley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on 
Thursday, November 16 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. James 
Loudermilk will officiate. Burial will follow in the Douglas Cemetery at 
Saxton. Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
