He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Mary (Luprich) Leach; one son, Johnny Bill Jr. of Moraine; a daughter, Cindy (Leach) Garrett of Chattanooga, Tennessee; five grandchildren; a brother, Charles J. Leach of Dandridge, Tennessee; three sisters, Mrs. Harry F. (Helen) Larck, Mrs. William (Barbara) Schoen, both of Troy, Ohio and Sylvia Y. Leach of Sevierville, Tennessee. Mr. Leach was preceded in death by his parents, Dora Belle (Rice) Leach and William Byrd Leach. He was born and attended school in Williamsburg. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served a tour of duty in Germany. He also served in units of the Kentucky and Ohio National Guard. Mr. Leach was retired from the Appleton Paper Company in West Carrollton. He was a member and past Commander of V.F.W. Post 3438 in West Carrollton. Stock car racing was his favorite hobby.
