Rachel Moses, 88, Wolf Creek Community, Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday
afternoon, December 6, 2000 at the Jellico Community Hospital, Jellico,
Tennessee. She was a member of the Jellico Mountain Assembly Church of God 
in Jellico, Tennessee. Survivors include two daughters, Cora Sue Rose and 
husband, Eddie of Wolf Creek Community, Williamsburg and Verna Lambdin and 
husband, Archie of Mentor, Ohio; four sons, Jack Moses of River Road, 
Williamsburg, Damon Moses and wife, Linda of Wolf Creek Community, 
Williamsburg, Roland Moses and wife, Dorothy of Clairdon, Ohio, and Robert 
Moses and wife, Janis of East Lake, Ohio; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-
grandchildren; three sisters, Flonnie Moses of Pleasant View, Lucy Bunch 
of Wolf Creek Community, Williamsburg and Judy Caddell of East Lake, Ohio; 
three brothers, Clifton Moses of Wolf Creek Community, Williamsburg, Elias 
Moses of Wolf Creek Community, Williamsburg, and George Andy Moses Jr. of 
Willowick, Ohio; as well as a host of other relatives and friends to mourn 
her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Lee Moses; 
a son, Billy Moses; her parents, George Andy Moses Sr. and Cora Davis Moses; 
two brothers, Otis Moses and Carl Moses; and three sisters, Samantha 
Chitwood, Leon Perry and Dorothy Moses. Funeral services were held Saturday, 
December 9 at the Jellico Mountain Assembly Church of God with Rev. Jerome 
Walden officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Moses 
Addition. Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
