John Lonzo Meadors, 88, Jellico Creek Community, Williamsburg, passed away
Sunday, November 26, 2000 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center. He attended 
the Cumberland Heights Church of God. Survivors include four sons, James Lee 
Meadors and wife, Nina of Jellico Creek Road, Williamsburg, Clayton Meadors 
and wife, Katheryn of Williamsburg, Ohio and Harold Meadors and wife, Kay of 
Norwood, Ohio and Allan B. Lawson and wife, Rose of Farmington, Michigan; 13 
grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Virgie Stevens of 
Detroit, Michigan, Geneva Wilson of Cincinnati, Ohio and Eva Campbell of 
Harrodsburg; two brothers, Leo Meadors of Jellico Creek Road, Williamsburg 
and Kenneth Meadors of Milford, Ohio; also several nieces, nephews and 
cousins. Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 28 at the Croley 
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Loudermilk officiating. Burial was in 
the Jellico Creek Cemetery. Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
