Georgia Hill Mauney Miller, 92, formerly of Rockhold, passed away Sunday,
September 24, 2000 at Wildwood, Florida. She was born September 15, 1908 
at Rockhold and was the daughter of the late Albert and Julia Hill. She 
belonged to the Rockhold United Methodist Church and Venus Chapter of the
Order of the Eastern Star at Williamsburg. She had been a secretary in the 
Whitley County school system. Georgia was preceded in death by husbands, 
Ernest Mauney and Henry Miller. Survivors include a nephew, Lloyd Dorman 
Siler and his wife, Phyllis French Siler, of Leesburg, Florida, and formerly 
of Corbin; three great-nieces, two great-great-nieces, and a great-great-
nephew; as well as several other relatives and friends. A graveside service 
was held on Saturday, September 30 at the Broyles Cemetery at Rockhold, 
conducted by the Rev. Phillip Russell and the Venus Chapter of the Order 
of the Eastern Star from Williamsburg. O'Neil Funeral Home in charge of 
arrangements.
