Opal E. Oakes, 78, Williamsburg, passed away Monday, December 4, 2000 at the
Jellico Hospital. She was the mother of Debbie O. Riley of London. Funeral 
services were held December 8 at the O'Neil Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. 
Michael Blankenship officiating. Burial was in the Pine Hill Cemetery by 
O'Neil Funeral Home.
