Ruth Richardson Owens
Age 72, of Livonia, MI, formerly of Williamsburg, KY, March 2, 2003. Funeral 1 
p.m. Thursday at Croley Funeral Home Chapel, Williamsburg, KY with Reverend 
Fred Powers officiating. Burial Davis Addition Highland Park Cemetery, 
Williamsburg, KY. Visitation after 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 5th. Survivors: two 
daughters, Sandra Lee (William Clint) Edwards of Highland, MI and Joyce Ann 
(Charles Leon) Deeren of White Lake, MI; four grandchildren, Jennifer Lee 
(Jeff), Lauren Edwards (Dennis) Hunter, Jesse Edwards and Johnathon Deeren; 
six great-grandchildren, Brittany Ann Lee, Abbie Lee, Cassie Lee, Madison Lee, 
Taylor Henderson and Kaydence Ann Hunter; two brothers, Paul Richardson of 
Pleasant View, KY and John Richardson of Westchester, OH; two brothers-in-law, 
Arnold Owens of Williamsburg, KY and Kenneth Owens (Imogene) of Loveland, OH; 
four sisters-in-law, Betty Richardson of Pleasant View, KY, Mary Richardson of 
Westchester, OH, Marcella Owens of Lima, OH and Imogene Owens of Loveland OH; 
special friend, Bea Walton of Plymouth, MI; several nieces, nephews and a host 
of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was a member of 
Liberty General Baptist Church of Auburn Hills, MI, retired from General 
Motors Company Fisher Body Division in Livonia, MI and a member of U.A.W. 
Local 174. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Owens; son, Johnie 
Owens, Jr.; father and mother, Elmer Jack Richardson and Daisy Bunch 
Richardson; a sister, Bessie Sutton and a brother, Richard Richardson. Croley 
Funeral Home of Williamsburg, KY in charge of arrangements, J. Andy Croley and 
Jerry W. Croley Directors.
