Frank L. Rains, 38, Nicholasville, formerly of Whitley County, passed away
Tuesday, December 12, 2000 in Nicholasville.

Survivors include his mother, Wanda Lester Rains of Rockholds; two
sisters, Kim Rains Day of Corbin and Kelley McKeehan and husband, Gary of
Rockholds; one niece, Haylee McKeehan; one nephew, Lucas McKeehan;
grandmother, Shirley Harmon of Williamsburg; also several aunts, uncles and
cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Rains.

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 16 at the Jones & Son
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Leonard Strunk and Rev. Doyle Lester
officiating. Burial followed in the Whitley Memorial Gardens at
Williamsburg. Pallbearers were Charles Lester, Dennis Lester, Don Lester, 
Karl Lester, Wally Lester, Jerry Rains, Ronnie West and Wesley West. Jones 
& Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
