CORBIN---EDWIN ROWLAND WATKINS, 89, Corbin, retired administrator for
U.S. Department of Agriculture food stamp program, husband of Renia Watkins,
World War II veteran, died Wednesday. Services 2 p.m. Saturday, East Corbin
Baptist Church. Visitation after 6 p.m. Friday, Corbin Funeral Home. 
Contributions suggested to East Corbin Baptist Church Mission Fund.
