I, S R Sutton do hereby appoint L. D. Sutton my executor to superintend and to 
collect the purchase nessearies for my burial the said L D Sutton to draw what 
money is on deposit in the Bank of Williamsburg and pay my burial expencies 
after which I want Dovie Sutton whos benevolent hands has been ready to help 
all through my sickness to be paid $25.00 out of the money mentioned and as 
there is no indebtedness against me after all expencies is paid if on hand I 
want the said L D Sutton to have the remainder $100.00 for his untiring 
trouble he also will receave of Mark Davis Jr. and James M Davis, $65.00 in 
payment of a note given by Mark Davis when due.
Sould there be a remainder going to the children giving to each one an equal 
part Ara's part to be devided equal between the four children.
Where as the above is written by my own hand, I here unto subscribe my name 
this Jan.15th 1926. S R Sutton
