Wyatt; ELIJAH S. WYATT; JOHN H. WYATT; OLIVE WYATT, wife of JOSEPH N. YOUNG, and the said Young who herein appears for the purpose of authorizing, aiding and assisting his said wife; EDWIN E. WYATT; ROBERT WYATT; JAMES WYATT, and MARY WYATT, a femme sole..." All petitioners reside in Acadia Parish, except John H. Wyatt who resides in Tilton, Arkansas. James F. Wyatt died intestate on Nov. 21, 1912. Ellen Oliver is widow of deceased, Elijah, John, Olive, Edwin, Robert, James and Mary Wyatt are the sole heirs. Elijah and John are the sole issue of the first marriage of James F. Wyatt, Olive, Edwin, Robert, James and Mary are the sole surviving issue of James F. Wyatt and Ellen Oliver. All heirs have reached their majority. Total personal property = $1,485.80 Total value of estate $3,985.80 Two tracts of land: (a) A tract of prairie land measured as follows: - Commenc- ing at the NW. Corner of T. S S. R. 2 E., and running S. on the W. line of said Township to a small gully; thence running eastward, following said gully, which runs nearly E.; thence running N. to the N. line of said township, and thence W. on said N. line to the place of beginning, - the east and west lines of the tract hereby inventoried being sufficiently distant from each other to form 80 acres; and (b) 20 acres of woodland situated about 300 yards east of the tract above described, and bounded as follows: N., S. and W. by Sam McManus, and E. by Edwin E. Wyatt.
