LOUISIANA SUPREME COURT DECISIONS
Crowley Signal March 1926

Zan Rasberry, Iota man convicted in district here on charges of illegal sale 
of liquor, lost his battle before the supreme court, reports emanating from 
that tribunal have disclosed.  His attorney, P.S. Pugh, of this city appealed 
to the higher court after the conviction of Rasberry before Judge Bailey and 
his client was released from custody on bond. Attorney Pugh says that he has 
not given up the fight but that he will file an application for a re-hearing 
within the 14 day limit.
