Suit No. 24422, Civil Docket, 13th Judicial District court, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana The property was seized and offered for sale at public auction on Saturday, April 21, 1928. The terms are cash to pay and satisfy the sum $2392.77, with 8% per annum interest from January 1st, 1927, until paid, 10% attorney’s fees on said principal and interest, and all costs. Property located in St. Landry and Acadia parishes. Bounded N – Don Louis Godeau, Valentine McGee and Adrian Courville; S – T.C. Chachere; E – C. J. Hundley; W – Bayou Mallet and C.J. Hundley; being the same property from Pete Marcy about 27 years ago, and from Evans about 25 years ago. •2. Another tract of land, containing 100 acres more or less, with all buildings and improvements thereon situated partly in St. Landry and Acadia parishes. Bounded N – Mrs. John Miller; S – Dr. T.C. Chachere; E – Bayou Mallet; W – Francois Savoie; being part of the same property acquired by T.C. Chachere from Lawrence Stephens about 7 years ago, and from Thelesmas Miller about 4 years ago.
