John Castille Funeral Services Held in Rayne

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday in thee St. Joseph Catholic 
Church in Rayne for John Castille, aged 72, retired farmer, who died at 
6:15 p.m. Wednesday in his Rayne home following a long illness.

Burial followed in the Arceneaux cemetery in Rayne.

Survivors include his wife, the former Laura Mouton, three sons, Travis and 
Felix Castille, both of Rayne and Willie Castille, Lake Charles; three 
daughters, Mrs. Alex Comeaux and Mrs. Clifton Bergeron, both of Hampshire, 
Texas and Mrs. Wallace Hollier, Duson; 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Willie Castille, Travis Castille, Felix Castille, Clifton 
Bergeron, Wallace Hollier and Alex Comearux.

The Gossen funeral home of Rayne was in charge of arrangements.
