To Any Catholic Priest
of the Parish of Acadia--Greeting:

You are hereby authorized and empowered to unite in the bongs of matrimony, 
according to law and established rules,
Mr. Thomas Cormier
and Miss Louisa Daigle, both of Acadia Parish, LA

And when you shall have done so, theat you make duplicate acts of the
celebration thereof, signed by yourself and three witnesses, as required 
by law, on of which acts shall be returned within thirty days to the
office of the Clerk of Court in and for the Parish of Acadia, together 
with this license.
