Parish of Acadia
To Any Minister of the Gospel of the Parish of
         Acadia--Greeting:
         You are hereby authorized and empowered to unite in the bonds
         of matrimony, according to law and established rules,
         Mr. Marvin Wesley Richard
         and Miss Cynthia Ollie Welch, both of Acadia Ph., La.
         And when you shall have done so, that you make duplicate acts
         of the celebration thereof, signed by yourself and three witnesses,
         as required by law, one of which acts shall be returned within 
         thirty days to the office of the Clerk of Court in and for the
         parish of Acadia, together with this license.
         Given under my hand and seal of office, as Deputy Clerk of Court,
         in and for the Parish of Acadia, the 28 day of October 1918.
