Read on March 23, 1995.

Caney Creek Cemetery was assigned Row numbers 1 through 10 for the purpose 
of grave recording although no Row markers are presently in place. Rows 
run from South to North.

Recording commenced in the Southwest corner.
 
Directions  to cemetery: From the intersection of Highways US 165 and La 
10 in Oakdale, LA, drive east on LA 10 For 1.3 miles. Turn right (south) 
on the paved LA 372 For 8.8 miles where it intersects with Bond Road. 
Continue straight ahead past Bond Road on the gravel road and
follow the meandering road for about 21/2 miles to the Cemetery.
