Mitch Buxton Et Als to Albert Johnson, Judgment In Fifteenth Judicial
District Court, Parish of Allen, State of Louisiana. Albert Johnson vs 
1621, Mitch Buxton, et al. This cause having come up for confirmation
upon a preliminary default taken and entered on the 27th day of June, 
1925, against all parties; evidence adduced and the cause submitted, 
and the law and evidence being in favor thereof, it is therefore, 
Ordered, adjudged and decreed that the plaintiff, Albert Johnson do 
have judgment over and against Mitch Buxton, Clint Buxton, Addison 
Buxton, Monroe Buxton, Bill Buxton, Dochie Lambright, Ellar Lambright,
Hattie Buxton, Hasteh Buxton, John V Buxton, Wilbert Buxton, Kermit
Buxton, Mary Buxton, Lou Ivy Buxton, and Bertha Buxton, and in favor of 
said Albert Johnson, decreeing the said Albert Johnson to be the owner, 
by virtue of a purchase from A.J.Singletary who in turn purchased same 
from the Administrator of the Estate of Valentine Buxton, of the 
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Section Twenty-
Seven and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section
Twenty-two, in Tp. Two, S. Range Three West of La. Mer. and is given to 
correct the erroneous description of the lands sought to be sold and 
conveyed at the administrator's sale Valentine Buxton to .J.Singletary, 
wherein this said tract of land was erroneously described as being the 
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest quarter  of Section twenty two in 
tp. 2 S. Range three West La. Mer.  Thus done, read and signed in open 
court this 18th day of Sept. 1925 at Oberlin, La. (Signed) Jerry Cline, 
Judge of the Fifteenth Judicial District Court. Filed: September 18th,

These Buxtons are descendants of Valentine B "Tine" Buxton /Buckston & 
1st wife (married 1872 Rapides Parish) Sophie Strother and 2nd wife 
(married 1887 Opelousas Ct Hse) Polly Ann Johnson.
