Be it known, That on this __day of June, 1925 A.D. nineteen hundred and
twenty-five (19__) before me Jno. B Kent, Jr., a Notary Public in and
for the State and Parish above written, Personally came and appeared
Percy C Smith, resident of Oberlin, Allen parish, Louisiana, who 
declared and acknowledged before me Notary, in the presence of the 
undersigned witnesses, That for and in consideration of the price and
sum of Twenty-one and 50/100---Dollars ($21.50) to me in hand granted 
and Quit-Claimed and do ---by this act and These presents Grant, 
Release and forever Quit Claim unto the said Estate of Polly Ann Buxton 
all of my right, title and interest in and to the following described 
property situated in Allen Parish, Louisiana viz: 
South Half of Souhwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, (S1/2 SW1/4
SW1/4) Section Twenty-one (21) Township Two (2) South, Range Three (3) 
West, La. Mrdn. This Quit-Claim is made and so understood to be made 
without warranty of title whatever and without recourse on Quit-Claimer 
or my heirs for the return of the purchase price or any part thereof. 
To have and to hold the said premises together with all and singular 
the rights and privileges thereto in any wise belonging unto said 
Grantee__and to their heirs and assigns forever so that neither said 
Quit-Claimer nor his heirs, nor any person claiming under him shall at 
any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right title or interest in 
or to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof. Certificate required 
by Article 3364 of the revised Civil code is dispensed with by the 
parties hereto. 
Witness my hand and seal with said appearer __and in the presence of 
Delphin Kent and Hazel C Smith competent witnesses, who sign with us, 
at Oberlin, Louisiana on the day and date above written.
