Felix Ballard Rites
Services Held for Oakdale Man Fatally Injured in Fall From Truck
By The Associated Press

Oakdale, La., Sept. 14. - Funeral services have been held for Felix E. 
Ballard, 59, who died near Oakdale from injuries he received when he 
fell from the rear of a truck Rev. C. N. Kimberlin, pastor of the First 
Baptist church, had charge of the services. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery.
  
Surviving are two sons, Clarence of Longleaf and Charles of Alco; two 
step-sons, Johnnie Johnson of Alexandria and Wesley Johnson of Lake Charles; 
three brothers, Tom Ballard of Oakdale, P. N. Ballard of Grant, and C. 
Ballard of Oakdale.
