Hubbard Buxton
Oakdale - Funeral services for Hubbard Buxton, 75, will be at 2 p.m.
today, Jan. 28, in First United Pentecostal Church.

The Revs. T.C. Barnett and R.E. Hinkle will officiate. Burial will
be in Oak Hill Cemetery under direction of Ardoin Funeral Home.

Mr. Buxton died at 11:20 p.m. Sunday in the Oakdale Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Maggie Vogel Buxton; one son, Dew
Buxton of Oakdale; nine daughters, Mrs. Ruth Bond and Mrs. Jeanette
Simmons both of Oakdale, Mrs. Leavell Arcement of Glenmora, Mrs. 
Lavergne Buxton of Gardiner, Carolyn Doyle of Pitkin, Mrs. Elaine
Whittington of Hammond, Mrs. Louise Johnson of Elizabeth, Mrs. Loyce Giles of Springfield and Mrs. Yvonne Gonzales of Baytown, Texas; two
sisters, Mrs. Callie Maricle and Mrs. Eula Doyle both of Oakdale,
32 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
