The multitude of friends of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lemann will join The Chief in 
extending them warmest congratulations upon the birth of a fine little son, 
their first child, who made his appearance into this merry old world on 
Sunday, March 14. The happy event transpired at Natchez, Miss., where Mrs. 
Lemann is spending some time as the guest of relatives, and is rendered doubly 
gladsome by reason of that fact that both the new-comer and his happy mother 
are doing as well as could be desired. The proud father is recuperating slowly 
and there is ground for hope that he will ultimately recover entirely.
