A sweet baby girl arrived at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Octave Melancon Tuesday 
night and The Chief extends hearty congratulations to the proud young parents 
anent the auspicious event. Papa Octave now holds four queens and is confident 
that his hand cannot be beat.
