Mr. and Mr. (sic) Carl Sheats announce the birth of a son Saturday, March 20. The 
little arrival will bear the name of Carl, Jr. Both mother and son are doing 
nicely. Mrs. Sheats was before her marriage, Miss Stella Oubre of Donaldsonville, 
La. - Pensacola (Fla.) News.

The Chief takes pleasure in extending congratulations to the proud young parents 
anent the auspicious event, and adds a heaping measure of good wishes for the 
lusty youngster.
