Police Juror J.G. Nargassans of the seventh ward was circulating among his 
numerous friends in this community on Wednesday last, and with due eclat (sic) 
imparted the pleasing bit of news that "une petite poilu" had arrived at the 
Nargassans home on the 26th ultimo. It gives us pleasure to record the happy 
event, and to join in the congratulations and good wishes being showered up on the 
proud young parents and the lusty little warrior-to-be.
