The stork visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. O.L. Clement on December 17 and 
presented them with a fine baby boy, who has been named Carroll Henry. The Chief 
desires to extend to the proud parents its congratulations, and wishes the new 
citizen of Donaldsonville a most happy and prosperous life.
