A bouncing boy who made his appearance at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Gisclard 
shortly before noon Wednesday is one of the latest additions to the population of 
our city. This is the first son that has come to bless the union of this estimable 
young couple, and to say he is a welcome addition to the quartette of lovely 
lassies who preceded him is to state an important and joyous fact in the briefest 
and mildest of terms. The Chief joins in extending warmest congratulations to the 
happy parents on this notable addition to their interesting household.
