It is with pleasure that The Chief records the birth of a fine baby son to Mr. and 
Mrs. Alphonse Kahn, and joins in expressing congratulations and good wishes anent 
the youngster's arrival. The happy event occurred Wednesday of last week, the 4th 
inst., in New Orleans, where Mrs. Kahn has been sojourning for several weeks.
