A letter from our genial and handsome young friend Jos. S. Hebert, Esq., of French 
Settlement, conveys the pleasant information that his family was increased by the 
advent of twin babies - a boy and a girl - Saturday evening, the 2nd inst. Mother 
and babes are doing finely and the happy father is bearing up as well as could be 
expected under the circumstances. We heartily felicitate friend Joe and his 
estimable wife upon their good fortune.
