Profound sympathy is extended to Mrs. Ella Hebert Ayraud, who was recently widowed 
by the death of her husband, James E. Ayraud, in the added bereavement visited 
upon her by the loss od her infant daughter, Garnet Marie, who passed into the 
Great Beyond at 5 o'clock p. m. yesterday at the tender age of one year and one 
day. The funeral took place from the family residence in Port Barrow at 3:30 
o'clock this afternoon, with services and interment in the Catholic church and 
cemetery. The warm heart of the community beats in sympathy with Mrs. Ayraud in 
her double sorrow.
