Mike Bellina, a painter by trade and a resident of this city for many years, died at the residence of his brother-in-law, Joseph Cataldo, in Churchville, Friday of last week, at 4 o'clock p. m., after an illness of many months, aged 28 years. The funeral took place Saturday morning at 10 o'clock, with services and interment at the Catholic church and cemetery. Deceased was a native of Italy but had resided here for the greater part of his life. He was married about five years ago and two children were born of the union, both of whom died, and his wife, also passed away about a year ago. He was a hard-working and industrious man and was held in high esteem by his countrymen, as well as by all Americans who knew him. He leaves to mourn his loss his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bellina and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Cataldo and Mrs. August Marrero, all residents of this city.
