Death of Miss Annie Boote. - Miss Annie Boote, daughter of S. J. Boote, of 
Burnside, died at 4 o'clock p. m. yesterday after two weeks' illness with a 
malignant attack of typhoid fever, aged 12 years, 2 months and 3 days. Her remains 
were brought to Donaldsonville this afternoon and interred in the Protestant 
cemetery, after impressive services at the Episcopal church. To the bereaved 
father and other members of the family The Chief begs leave to tender assurances 
of sincerest sympathy.
