A native and resident of Lake, La. Was 73 years old. Body will be at Welsh Parlors, Gonzales until 9:30 a. m. Thursday. Religious services will be held at 10 a. m. Thursday at Lake Catholic Church, Father Arthur LeBlanc, officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be James E. Gore, Rodney Brignac, Jimmy Ray Smiley, Bill Ray DeCoteau, Leon Kinchen and Ira Young. Survivors include four sons, Raymond, L. J., (Bob) and Peter Brignac, all of Lake and Edmond Brignac of Gonzales; five daughters, Mrs. Dayton Young, Metairie, Mrs. Dayton Young, Metairie, Mrs. Clinton Smiley, Mrs. Douglas DeCoteau, Mrs. Elvin Gore and Mrs. Jack Kinchen, all of Lake; three sisters, Mrs. Floyd Blackwell and Mrs. Sanford Dragg, both of Lake and Mrs. Leo Babin, St. Amant; 44 grandchildren, and 35 great grandchildren. Hollabaugh-Spindle in charge of arrangements.
