SYLVAN BRIGNAC

The funeral of Sylvan Brignac, 64, who was fatally injured a week ago on the 
Airline highway near Gonzales in an automobile wreck, was held at 10 o'clock 
this morning in the Lake Catholic cemetery with the Rev. Mr. Dormsdorf 
officiating.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eugenie Brignac; three sons, Hector of St. 
Amant; Marion and Pershing of Lake; four daughters, Mrs. E. M. Richardson of 
Lake; Mrs. W. A. Singletary of Brignac; Mrs. H. Carpenter of Jackson; and 
Mrs. Lester Dixon of Corpus Christi, Tex.; two brothers, Marion Brignac of 
New Orleans; and Vincent Brignac of Lake; and one sister, Mrs. Amie of 
Sorrento.
