Died. - BUFORD - At the residence of her father, in Port Barrow, Tuesday 
evening, October 4, 1881, at 11:30 o'clock, RHODA SHARP, aged 10 months and 11 
days, only child of Rhoda Jane Sharp and W.W. Buford.

Again the Angel Death has come,
And just as quickly sped,
Made dark a bright and happy home -
Their little darling's dead.

How vain the hopes they entertained,
How vain was ev'ry prayer,
Would that she could have still remained
Their sad, sad lot to cheer.

But, ah! that beauteous little dace
Was far too sweet for earth,
She's gone back to the Throne of Grace,
To Him who gave her birth.

Oh! sadly blighted mother heart!
How deep your gloom and shade;
But still the hurling of Death's dart
One angel more has made. - A.J.R.
