Binnings, special advertising representative of The Times-Picayune, took place this afternoon at 3 o'clock at her former home on Crescent street and at the Ascension Episcopal church, with the Rev. Frank Levy of New Orleans officiating. Burial was in the family tomb in the Protestant cemetery. Pallbearers were Clement P. Binnings, Herbert L. Binnings, Roland N. Binnings, Earl S. Binnings and Wilfred I. Binnings, sons of the deceased, and Edward Bent, a grandson. Mrs. Binnings was the widow of the late Clement P. Binnings and a daughter of the late Andrew Jackson Sharp. Her husband was prominent in sugar planting and manufacturing circles. At one time he was associated with his brother-in-law, the late Captain Victor Maurin, and W. B. Sharp, brother of Mrs. Binnings, in the operation of a sugar plantation in St. Mary parish and at one time managed St. Elizabeth plantation, which was owned by the late John T. Nolan of this parish. Mrs. Binnings, for 35 years a resident of this city, for the past three months made her home with her son, Roland N. Binnings, in New Orleans.
