The many friends in this community and elsewhere of the well-known Carmouche 
family of Assumption parish will be pained to learn of the death of the 
venerable Mrs. Camille Carmouche, who passed away at her home in Napoleonville 
at 4:20 o'clock this morning, aged seventy-one years and eight months. The 
funeral will take place tomorrow forenoon, with services at the Napoleonville 
Catholic church. Mrs. Carmouche is survived by four sons, Messrs. Polite, Tony, 
Albert and Augustin Carmouche, and two daughters, Mrs. Paul Vega and Miss Alice 
Carmouche. The profound sympathy of an unusually wide circle of friends and 
acquaintances is extended to the bereaved family in their sad affliction.
