Janvier Denoux, a old and highly esteemed citizen of Brusly McCall, died Thursday 
evening from the effects of an attack of pneumonia, and his remains were laid to 
rest yesterday afternoon in the Donaldsonville Catholic cemetery, following 
services at the St. Francis of Assisium Church in Smoke Bend.
